      Getting Stronger !!!

      AIGHT soooo... got back home last night from a house party (around 4:30 am). watched TV for a bit and ended up knockin out around 6:30 am maybe?

      K..... soooo prior to today i've had 1 LD (Struggling to fly lol) and a few semi lucid dreams (weird ones)

      but today i started off in a semi lucid state and actually drifiting in and out of lucidity (havnt done that for a WHIIILE). I'm chillin around the area where i grew up and all of a sudden it hits me. I'm conscious... started flying right away... a very well controlled flight might i add (unlike last night lol wont even get into it :p)

      I made it my goal to find my best friend... so i landed myself in front of the 1st building i saw... and walked in, past the automatic glass doors, and i remembered a technique i had learned to summon anyone into existence by imagining them on the other side of a door.

      I started looking for a door and woke up in the process

      however the rest of the day had consequently been filled with energy and excitement !!!

      cant wait to have another LD !!

      P.S. Any Flying Techniques ?? (i get scared to go too hi lol)

      also n e other methods to power my dream body ?? ive done this once b 4(long time ago) by putting my palms together

      Swimming in the air is always a good stepping stone if you are struggling to stay in the air. That fear you feel once you increase your altitude is most likely just a fear of the unknown. It is very common and I find it happens with diving into deep water as well. I am an experienced LDer and I still feel the anxiety from flying too high every now and then. Just reassure yourself that you are dreaming and nothing can harm you. You are the master and the fear of the unknown isn't going to stop you from exploring. Good luck to you!

      I agree. I often just doggy paddle in the air as if I am swimming.

      Did one of Rocky's montages pop into anyone else's head from the tread title? In response to the question of flying, imagine another force pushing you up from behind or beneath you. I've been experimenting with that lately, seems to work.
