Sounds like you're same place I am but a couple days ahead So you think that cutting the cannabis use back before bed helped? I medicate daily from about 4pm until bedtime. I'll try going cold turkey tonight and see what happens.
I will not say forsure but i'm going along with what i've read from multiple sources. It seems that it "affects" yours REM sleep and blocks certain receptors but they don't know what it blocks? So i'm not quite sure if it's a bad thing. But, to each his own.

Use cannabis to help stimulate your hallucinations. My brother is a natural at SP and smokes a bowl before bed to stimulate his hallucinations, he said that it actually helped him calm down and seemed like he was seeing way more stuff.

Anyways, what i'm doing is not Medicating 3-4 hours before I go to sleep. I acutally had an edible 1 hour before I went to sleep 2 nights ago and had 0 dream recall! It really made me mad but I realized it was probably the sedation effect... or it's just in my head! The power of your brain is awesome.

Btw, since I made this post about 2-3 days ago i've had more progress.

I used the saltcube timer thing http://www.saltcube.com/timer.swf and it seemed to make me more aware in my dreams. The third dream i had that night was about how the timer was TOO LOUD to wake me up LOL! And I dreamed that it was a trial version so it wasn't working any more... lol that alarm must of pissed my sub-c off to trick me like that. *FYI - my timer is like this 270-40-40-40...ect

In total I had 5 dreams recalled last night with 1-2 that faded away instantly! I keep waking up thinking I had NO dream whatsoever only to lie still for about 10-15 seconds and recall bits and pieces. When that happens I grab my dream journal and start writing, I also stop and lie down for a minute or two to try to recall more.

Enough of this! Just up for WBTB technique (yeah it's late but sleeping in is fun since I can dream so much more!)

      ENJOY and good luck everyone!
