That sounds like excellent progress to me, especially after you said you hadn't remembered any dreams in 3 years. Now just keep at it and you'll start to remember more dreams with better detail. |

Last nigh i woke up at about 4 AM and remebered my second dream that first one was fuzz but after laying there i could remeber both of them. also i know i had a third dream but i was to lazy to write is down at the time so instead i reinforced it, but when i woke upp in the morning i didnt remember it. |

There is--though I do not know how there is or why there is--a sense of infinite peace and protection in the glittering hosts of heaven. There it must be, I think, in the vast and eternal laws of matter, and not in the daily cares and sins and troubles of men, that whatever is more than animal within us must find its solace and its hope. I hope, or I could not live.

...although some studies are now suggesting that non-REM sleep may be 'dreamworthy,' such as this university example. Some researchers think that we are always dreaming while asleep, but that REM dreams are more memorable and vivid. But this always seems to be a highly debated topic around these parts. |
