Question I cant recall my dreams.

It was easy to me. Some time ago, I was trying OBEs and I had some success but now it is very dificult to me.

I'm new here. I use go to the bed and tell to myself to record my dreams but I never wake up during the night and in the morning I try to recall the dream but it is very dificult and I recall just some parts.

Some time ago, when I started to do this, it was easier. In my first attempt I had success. In the first week I remembered two dreams in sequence. I knew when the first dream ends and the second began. They was like one dream.

      But I lost this skill.

What can I do to remember my dreams?

Do you have a dream journal? What I do when my recall is wonky is read previous entries in my dream journal, visualizing the dream again, which helps me remember dreams.

Also reading about lucid dreaming, reading other people's DJ can influence the thought of remembering your dreams again.

My best way for recall is right when I wake up, even if I only remember a flash of the dream I clear my mind and think only about remembering the dream. I will also go through the details of the short seconds I remember and usually I can piece together a few seconds before and after that moment. Then I will try to write some in my journal and a lot of times once I start writing it all just comes back to me as I write.

      Hope this helps. =]

Before attempting lucid dreaming, I used to remember at least a dream every other night. I ended up remembering most of my dreams. I never wrote them down. Now I have a dream journal, and since starting it most of my entries have been blank, because I haven't been able to remember any. That, and I wake up with my cat meowing at me incessantly, so whatever I'm thinking about is washed away from the habit to feed my cat...

If you haven't, try making a dream journal. When you wake up, stay still and close your eyes and think about anything you can remember about the dream-- a picture, a word, a character, object, scene.. and write that down.
I had an instant when I couldn't remember anything, then I went online and saw a certain word and it triggered the rest of my dream to come back. xD

That happens very frequently to me.
Some people also say that it works to cycle through people and places that you are familiar with, and that might trigger your dream recall because that certain person or place occurs in your dream.

actualy i that happened to me last night i could only remember a flash of one of my dreams where i was in my back yard but then i just started thinking and something that i was thinking about triggered me to remember my entire dream.after remembering that dream i remembered my another dream and and so on until remembered four of my dreams from last night so im recording all of them in my dream journal.

I've no better recall than you although I've had 2 lucid dreams.
I've never recalled 4 dreams in one night
Either my dream call is not good enough to LD, or you have set your target too high
