Sleep paralysis doesn't have to accompany hallucinations. And what it feels like is up to your brain. Usually it will feel like a heavy lead blanket being laid upon you because that's what your brain will associate with not being able to move.

Remember, you can't WILD when you go to sleep at night, because you don't enter a dream then. You need to wake up in the early morning, like 3 or 4am and do it then

Yes, you'll probably enter REM-sleep right away.

Yes, in fact, naps are ideal for WILDs.

Yesterday I was so relaxed when I tried to wild that I didn't feel anything except for vibrations. If you don't want to move, you won't notice that you can't move.

You should just lay still and not try to move, you probably won't feel the 'lead blanket'

definitely, yes. The idea that you can't breath is just an imagination, you need to tell yourself that it's all inside your head (somehow)
