Happens to me when I DEILD sometimes. I don't think I actually feel my real body, I think I'm dreaming that part, but usually if I do something complex I forget about my real body and enter the dream. Try doing some math or something. |

Alot of times if you can still feel your body in bed, you aren't fully transitioned (from the waking state). Your dream may not be very stabile and you may be on the verge of waking or losing the dream. Performing some stabilization techniques can help you solidify the barrier between the waking and dream state. Most of the time this problem can be solved with the very simple action of engaging in dream activity. Just get involved with/interact with/explore the dream state and you will soon lose your unwanted senses/feelings. This is pretty common amongst LDers and isn't something you should be worried about.
