Welcome to Dreamviews! That buzzing/vibrating you felt was SP setting in. It is quite normal to have a sense of fear during SP. It just takes a bit of practice and will power to overcome. Alot of the fear felt during a lucid is a fear of the unknown (not knowing what will happen next/what you will see, feel, or hear/etc.). With time and practice you will get more used to lucidity and the fear will fade. Try some simple reassurance once you begin to feel the fear. Remind yourself that you are dreaming and nothing can harm you. Just keep practicing and trying to make more and more progress with each dream and I'm sure you will be able to easily overcome the fear.
