It is so much easier to get a few hours of sleep first and use a WBTB (wake back to bed) to achieve SP. If you aren't wanting to wake in the middle of the night, naps are an excellent alternative. Try taking a mid-day nap 1-8 hours after waking in the morning. It is much easier to hit SP during mid-day naps than at the beginning of sleep. Naps are actually my favorite time to WILD.
