How to reach sleep paralysis without sleeping first.

Ok, so I'm REALLY interested in this kind of stuff. I really want to have an OBE, and see what it's like.
I know how to lucid dream, in fact I started doing it a while ago, sometime around 12 years old without knowing it was a special thing. ( I'm 15 now.)
And I've entered complete sleep paralysis twice now.
But would anyone have any tips on how to meditate well enough to get into sleep paralysis? I have a horrible Restless Leg Syndrome, as well as it inside my arms and shoulders and feet lol.
But any tips on how to enter sleep paralysis, and achieve and OBE?
      Thanks everyone.

while I wouldn't recommend OBE's, the tutorial for SP is here.
      I'm back!

It is so much easier to get a few hours of sleep first and use a WBTB (wake back to bed) to achieve SP. If you aren't wanting to wake in the middle of the night, naps are an excellent alternative. Try taking a mid-day nap 1-8 hours after waking in the morning. It is much easier to hit SP during mid-day naps than at the beginning of sleep. Naps are actually my favorite time to WILD. Read through the WILD tutorials in our tutorials section (link is in my signature). Good luck to you and if you have any specific questions, don't hesitate to ask.

Good posts yynym and kingyoshi. Also keep in mind that SP shouldn't be your ultimate goal. There are so many posts where people don't know what to do after they reach SP because they're so focused on it, and they forgot the main reason what they're trying to do in the first place.

I agree. Although SP can be an incredible experience a lot of the time, lucid dreaming is just so much more!
