I'm back!
It is so much easier to get a few hours of sleep first and use a WBTB (wake back to bed) to achieve SP. If you aren't wanting to wake in the middle of the night, naps are an excellent alternative. Try taking a mid-day nap 1-8 hours after waking in the morning. It is much easier to hit SP during mid-day naps than at the beginning of sleep. Naps are actually my favorite time to WILD. Read through the WILD tutorials in our tutorials section (link is in my signature). Good luck to you and if you have any specific questions, don't hesitate to ask. |

Good posts yynym and kingyoshi. Also keep in mind that SP shouldn't be your ultimate goal. There are so many posts where people don't know what to do after they reach SP because they're so focused on it, and they forgot the main reason what they're trying to do in the first place. |
