Reverse blinking seems to just wake me up more.. xD |

I have never had a lucid dream despite my longitudinal attempts and of all the methods I have come across WILD seems the most appealing to me. In search of a slightly less conscious state, I employed this RB technique and, after 10s of minutes at a time, have been blessed with no success. |

wasn't there that thing where you close your eyes hard, roll them 4 times in each direction, then relax your eyes and they stay closed? |

Reverse blinking has a very small, but negligible effect on me. |
|
I know what reverse blinking is, I was refering to something else. |

It works wonders, for me. Maybe it is because I am very visual. I have a hard time turning off my visual imagination when I am trying to lose myself to sleep. Reverse blinking seems to help interrrupt the images in my mind's eye. |

I tried reverse blinking with the reverse blinks at shorter intervals, and they kind of worked. |
|
I haven't had much experience with this, but it has helped with putting me to sleep. I have heard about some promising results from others though. |

I just don't understand how opening and closing your eyes every few seconds is supposed to send you to sleep... It just doesn't add up... |
