      Hi to all

Hello guys, i have been directed to this forum by a friend of mine who wandered around here some years ago. She kept on speaking about lucid dream but only recently (and a strange dream i had) i stared to get interested in them. So i am kinda a newbie of the stuff, i have just started to read a book about them (Stephan Labarge: Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming) and from tonight i will try to do as it says: trying to recollect the dream i am going to have.
Wish me good luck, and if you have some advice i will greatly appreciate them

hi, good to have you with us.

Reading Laberge is definitely a good start, as well as improving your dream recall. Good luck, and if you have any questions, please ask.

      Hey, welcome to the forum!

Exploring the World of Lucid Dreams is a great book! That was the first book I read on the subject and helped me immensely.

Check out the tutorials section, I'm sure you'll find a lot of great stuff there!
