My dream guide gave me a message but it hasnt happened yet? can anyone help me figure it out?

I had a very very lucid dream on March 22, 2010. My DG came to me and I was so happy yet I cannot figure his message out.I know DG don't lie!

In my dream I woke up and saw the windows in my bedroom open up on there own and I turned to my husband and told him to shut the windows. My DG actually squeezed through the shut window. When I saw him I was so excited. His name is Michael. We started walking outside (I was following him) and I said "Michael, can I ask you anything?" And he replied "yes". When we got outside we started walking up some stairs. As we started walking up the stairs I said "how come this has taken so long? How come its been six years?" And he replied "I don't know. Then I said "when will this be over?" And he replied "NOW" and I said " but its not now it still hasn't happened! Can I get the day or a date? And he showed me the number 31. I was so happy and I said " I knew it, I knew it was next week March 31st. At this point we had entered into an apartment (which I've never been to before) and Michael sat down on a chair and as I looked over to my left their was a black man sitting on the couch changing a babys diaper. I walked over to him and said "I didn't know you moved in here" then I went and started explaining the lease.( It was a lease that I used to have at an apartment however that was two years ago and the apartment wasn't anything like this one!) I explained that mary and brenda (owners of the apartment I rented) subleased the apartment and that if he needed anything to let me know. I told him that I had already moved out but I'm downstairs if he needed anything. Then I woke up !

Now your probably wondering what my question to Michael is referring to. Well, its very personal but its an event that I have been waiting to happen in my life. I'm completely aware of the event and yes, I have been waiting 6 years. When Michael showed me the number 31, it meant something other then a date (I felt in my lucid dream) but idk ! Why was I talking about a lease right after that??

Well, if you're younger than 31, could it be an age? Or it could it be the age of someone who is related to this event?

Maybe it refers to a location like a house number, or a bus number, or something like that?

Maybe it's the number of years relative to when you started expecting the event?

Interesting dream though.

It may sound kinda weird, but everything in a dream is made by your own imagination, including your dreamguide. So basically, your dreamguide is a reflection of your unconscious mind. Therefore, you can't take everything he or she says seriously. It may help to listen to your DG if you have to make a difficult decision because he/she reflects the way you really think about the situation, but thats just the same as 'following your heart'. I think the number was randomly created by your own mind, and doesn't have any meaning. It's impossible for your mind to predict things that will happen in the future.

I agree with itsadream but your mind can predict whats going to happen but it would only be a guess.

I read a little bit about numbers in dream, and dream interpretation. The con census was generally to ad multiple digit numbers together until you get down to a single digit, so in your case 31 = 3+1 = 4. The number four is supposed to (according to some random dream interpretation dictionaries) represent self limitation, or boxing. So in your case this would mean that what you are waiting for will happen when you stop limiting it from happening... if that makes any sense. If it's something that you really can't limit from happening, then I would give you some cheesy advice from the show Lost; (paraphrased of course) "you find it the same way you find anything, stop looking." Maybe you need to stop focusing on this event so much, and let it be in it's time. Y'know, like a watched pot never boils. That said, who knows if dream dictionaries are just a bunch of bull**** and all my advice is crap. Don't take it too seriously. I hope you find your answer either way.

Thanks for all of the responses. I do appreciate your time in reading my lucid dream.

I definately don't live my life by a watch but that being said, this event is a major one in my life.

I think my DG is preparing me to be ready. After all he did say it would be "now".

Thought maybe someone had a similar experience with their DG.
