      Hey

      My name is Josh and I'm 17

      I heard about Lucid Dreaming a very long time ago, and was very interested by it but thought it would be too hard to achieve so didn't really pursue it. I came across it again 2 days ago and have decided to give it a go. I came across this forum too, which I think will be pretty useful in helping me out.

      I have never been one for dream recall, only remembering around 1 dream a month for pretty much my entire life, but since I have been using the techniques I've read on here and elsewhere to help with lucid dreaming, my dream recall has improved dramatically in two days. The night before last I remembered one of my dreams, and last night I remembered 5, waking up after each one.

      I just wanted to say hi really and let you know that I'm here and trying Wish me luck.
