      Question I cant dream!!!!

      all i see when i sleep is black then i wake up then i remember all my dreams how do i dream i can remember them but not see them while i sleep plzzz help

      I think he said that he couldn't see his dreams while he was asleep, but he could remember them as soon as he woke up.

      the blackness is likely your going to sleep, if you remember your dreams its hard not too have had them in the first place i also find that im not really attached to my dreams somtimes

      Are you saying you don't remember anything right away when you wake up? That's normal. With practice, it will be easier to remember dreams. You might try changing your schedule so you wake up a few minutes earlier. If you wake directly from a dream cycle, it will seem like the dream just happened.

      my problem lately has been no experience or recall of dreaming. theres construction all around my house lately [next door, lot of early morning noise SUUUUCKS!!!]

      last night I started getting some brief dream flashes- just b/c it was raining and the trucks came later so I had some time to dream, thank god ...

      normally I dream a lot actually and s/t lucid dream but its not often or controlled well.
