Do you mean you've been sleepwalking/talking? And then waking up in a different place than you fell asleep? |
|
I have been trying to have a MILD for the last three days. This is the first time I actually started having LD that I can remember. Whenever I am drifting off to sleep I tell myself I will be aware I'm sleeping or Someone will ask me if I'm dreaming. Whenever I wake up from whatever dream I was having I can't remember anything and I'm in a different room then my own. Whenever I ask someone in my family they said I told them I had a nightmare. I was just wondering if this could be happening because I could be trying to hard to have a MILD. Thanks for the help. |

I'm not really familiar with that kind of phenomenon; I think my little brother did it once, but I can't remember. I'd say it probably has to do more with other factors than your attempt at MILD. Like I said, though, keep at it! |

If you're prone to sleep walking, your sleep is probably a little wacky. You might have to try some unconventional things until you find what works, for you. My advice is to just keep trying, and don't get frustrated. It can take some time to form new habits. |
