Close to no balance and can barely see during lucid dreams.

Hi. I am almost new to lucid dreaming. It has been very much on and off for me. A problem that is starting to emerge is that I can't see very well. Just a little bit. And my balance is totally screwed. I heard that spinning around might solve this, but no way I can do that when I'm acting like a drunk bear. This is only in lucid dreams. Anyone been through this before?

First of all, you can dream in multiple senses or in single senses. You have to learn to relax and let go of fear and embrace the sensations, be they physical, visual, auditory, etc. Learn to to see that you, as you is the awareness before the sensation. Do not worry in the start about anything else but being self aware. Learn to embrace "I am" and the curiosity of "I am not"

There are many things that inhibit awareness. One is fear of what is, and the other is the expectation of what you wish.
