Ok, I tried to WILD/WBTB today. I believe I would have had it if I didn't have a stuffed up nose! Ughhh, I can't stand breathing out of my mouth when I try to sleep...It gets all dry and makes me give up. I wasn't to tired, and I lasted a long time just sitting there doing nothing..but nothinhg happened because I could not concentrate...on nothing. If that makes sense. FML and my nose. I will give it another try.
