Reverse blinking is where you close your eyes for about five seconds, and open them very quickly, only long enough to focus on one thing before closing them again (think less than a half a second and you should be good). It's like blinking, but the opposite!

Also, if you are EXTREMELY tired, it's much easier to get into a WILD right off the bat. Your body is so tired that it often needs more "deep" sleep, like REM, which helps.

Most of the "straight to bed" WILDs are when people purposely deprive themselves of sleep, or got home from a 14 hour work day on their feet the whole day.
