what does he do ? Spends his time avoiding the lower self.

how can you find him? Not possible, the two never hang out together

First of all let me ask you this. Do names represent abstractions from reality, or do they substitute or create reality?
Do you learn what a thing is, or learn an abstraction from a thing, through names or through perceptual abstraction?

Do you really believe that you are different from yourself, and if you are, that there are two or more of you, why in the hell do you care what they do, don't you have your own life? Hello?

If you hope that you can become better than you are, then you must ask, better at what? What am I? What is my function? How can I improve that function.

However, if you start off with a mind so unable to formulate even basically correct conceptions, then you will spend commensurately longer just finding the starting point of one's journey.
