It seems like it will be open for a while, I mean otherwise they would have taken it off. I couldn't find any dates on the webpage, but you can still submit your video.

When I was younger, my brother would be a total douche and holler and yell and ululate basically at passers-by on their way to school. We would be in the car and out of nowhere he would howl or screech only to receive gasps and shrieks of reprisal from the poor, innocent wayfarer. If I had the time and the resources, I would compile a video of some similar cantankerous recklessness.
