      utopia?

      I remember seeing a thread here a long time ago talking about a real place that was being built that seemed like kind of a utopia. I can't find it here, anybody know what I'm talking about?

      The countries most near from utopia that I know are the nordic countries. They do not need dictatorships or wars to have an equilibrium.
