      Nobody can safely control their vehicle when something unexpected happens.
      Like a kid running out on to the road, a car in front or beside of you might swerve out of control if the tire pops (or even your tire could pop) etc.

      That's why there's certain speed limits on certain roads.

      And if you keep a 3 second gap between you and the car in front of you. You will be able to avoid most crashes on that particular road.

      I think they were pulling some kind of sting. There was someone else on the other side of the freeway being pulled over too, and as I said, I was going with the flow of traffic.
