How to be quiet?

I'm normally really loud and arrogant. I act like the blackest person in my class and sometimes it frusterates me when I think about it later on. This year I'm trying to be one of those students who sits in the back of the class that no one knows about but it's kind of difficult. Right now I'm pinching the skin between my thumb and pointing finger VERY hard to keep some rage/distraction away, but it's not working for me. Can someone give me advice on how to be kind or keep my mind occupied with cheerful stuff?

Okay, let me tell you how serious I'm into this: I've been looking up Vocal Cord dysfunctions, How people damage their larynx, What causes muteness, etc. for the past year. Basically if this isn't working I'm to act "normal". I try to laugh at the stupid jokes that kids make in my class and 'i try to type like this on fb ;)". Am I doing it right?

Shouldn't guys prefer feminine-looking girls? ? I've played games such as Gmod, CSS-similar games and I never reveal that I'm a girl. Most of the times I forget that I am a girl when I play. I don't know about yall, but I can't stand people who are really loud in class. "Be yourself" doesn't have anything to do with being obnoxious. I mean how hard is it to pay attention in class instead of talking to make the whole class listen to you.
