What gets me going is the thought of the breakdown of consensus reality from my point of view. This can be achieved in a few key ways, though other things occasionally come to mind. The easiest way is through thought of insanity. I mean just pure craziness, dysfunction of the mind to the point of transpersonal experience. The idea of pure sensory chaos is very appealing to me.

Another way I tend to focus on is the thought of fusing or uncontrollably being fused with another person to the point that our minds are forced to collide with each other and absorb all of each others' information simultaneously. In that way I mean sort of like you lived their life and they lived yours and all of your experiences and thought processes and emotions are combined into one sum consciousness and all of this is portrayed in real time as some kind of never-ending out-of-body experience, and that generally leads to the thought of our two minds working in unison at the deepest possible level of personal identity and creating spiritual ecstasy simply by being linked together. Also, that person's gender makes no difference to me, at these basic levels there is nothing but spirit and we can act on each others' pure emotional desires. I also sometimes (though not as much lately) use that scenario as an extension of vorarephilia, but it's not a requirement.

A third way is through the thought of my mind being split into multiple bodies at the same time, often to the point of my consciousness being spread so thin that I begin to perceive reality as some sort of hive mind. This is usually enough for me anyway, but sometimes it leads down the path of each of the bodies seeking out sexual pleasure at the same time so that all of the feelings converge at once. However, most of what does it for me is the idea of basically becoming this mechanical mind which must function in bizarre and ineffable ways to be able to control each persona simultaneously.
