Life is a game about the differential survival of replicating entities, and by that I mean procreation.

I take pleasure in life due to how my brain is made. I have no religious beliefs, and understand fully that everything I feel is only due to evolution trying to make me procreate. I simply choose to not think about this fact, and it has no bearing on how I should live out my life. For this reason, I enjoy life for the same reasons that other people due: fun, joy, love, excitement, surprise etc., in short, feelings. I would be lying to myself if I were to pretend that there is any meaning to life, as I have no proof or reason to believe there is. edit: this might sound incredibly depressing. It is not. The truth is, I don't think too much about it. What I wrote is simply the conclusion I always come to, when I give thought so questions like these.
