      LukeSid!! Buddy, welcome home!!!

On a complete lark (just saw your avatar sitting there in my friends list) I thought I'd check your activity, and look what I find, this here!

      Awesome!

Hey, PM me I have all sorts of good stuff to tell you! Lots to catch up on!

      Welcome back! Never leave again!

Let's get that recall going! Never forget the magic of asking yourself "What was I just dreaming about?" to kick-start that recall.

My night-time ritual these days (mostly from "The Tibetan Yogas of Dream and Sleep", I heartily recommend the Dream Yoga practice section, especially the 4 preparatory practices, which can work for everyone)

+ day review of memories, considering them all as dreams

+ set strong intention to become lucid, recall dreams, have vivid dreams

I don't wake up nearly as much at night in between sleep cycles as I used to, I got really tired doing that after about 3 months of doing it fairly steadily. BUT, to get yourself going again, it's not a bad idea, since that's the absolute best time to recall dreams. If you're going to use an alarm rather than just intention, make sure it's a gentle one.

I'm noticing a HIGH correlation between wakeful moments (WBTB, but I never stay up longer than bathroom break) and lucidity and vivid dreams.
