See a doctor. |
|
My right eyebrow has been twitching on and off about every 5 minutes (sometimes bigger, up to about 3 hours), and it'll twitch for about 30 seconds. It's been doing it for the past 4 days!!!! It's seriously starting to make me go crazy. How can I get this to stop!? I've put pressure on my eyebrow but it still continues. |

Spasms, maybe? |

My mom always said that means you're not getting enough sleep. Of course, my mom also said that masterbation causes your hands to fall off. =D |

Don't see a doctor. It's a muscle spasm brought on by general stress. It goes away after a few days, but if you don't resolve whatever situation is causing the stress, you'll just get a spasm in some other muscle. |

Okay, but I'm not stressed? I could have been from exams which was at the beginning of the week but that is done with. And it's still twitching. |

First, stress takes a while to build up and a while to go away. Even if the apparent source of the stress is gone, it can take several days or weeks for the actual stress to dissipate. Second, you can be stressed and not know it. Often, things like muscles spasms and anxiety attacks are the only way people even find out that they're stressed. It's like the toad in the pot of boiling water. |

Lol I read elbow... I imagined your arm just flicking all over the place. Wow, eyebrow? That's another story. |
