So I've been texting and sorta flirting with this girl for a month now and I want to ask her out but I'm about 75% sure she's gay. Her Myspace doesn't mention her orientation. Seriously... how I do I ask her without pissing her off/offending her/ending all possible chances?

When someone asks if you're gay it can be very off-putting -- trust me, I know. ]: I'd suggest letting her know you have feelings for her to the point that if she was gay she'd tell you (otherwise possibly bi-sexual or whatnot which she might not), it would also mean you have high chances of being able to nullify any possible rejection, and that you'd still remain good friends afterwards either way. Also I don't think the 'threshold' for telling someone that she's gay would be very high, unless she's never told anyone before -- in which she'd probably try to keep it from you. .__.

Can't you just sense it? Lots of times, say between a man and woman who are both straight, there will be at least the tiniest bit of sexual tension.
