It was looking pretty grim being scattered around North America and Asia while South America, Europe, and Australia were controlled by the enemy. I played defensively throughout the game, staying clear of being a perceived threat. Amidst the fighting, the enemy focused in South America and scattered throughout Asia became weakened, opening up the prime opportunity to raise an army by turning in my cards. My forces in Central America and Japan plowed through South America and conquered most of Asia, defeating the Blue Horde. With the cards gained, I raised an additional army, shattering my father's hold over Europe. At this point, my forces are spread extremely thin, but I do control most of the world. In a desperate effort, my brother tried to turn in his cards and seize several continents. He succeeded, but I was still alive. After I conquered my father in Europe, I raised yet another army and blockaded my brother's main forces stemming from Australia. My brother struggled desperately to conquer my single-army countries to constrict the amount of reinforcements I would receive (we were playing with the expert rules which capped the armies at 12 per country). His offensive failed, and I proceeded to conquer the world.

In later news, I switched to the news at the exact moment of "One!"

Now back to the Twilight Zone Marathon. What a good night
