      Zen Meditation with Isochronic Tones

I created this for meditating. I thought I would share it.

This sample plays Isochronic tones that vary between 7hz and 3hz. Pink noise is mixed in. Every 30 seconds, a gong sounds to keep you awake. Also there is some chanting in the background to give it a surreal sound. This is a 21 minute sample. When you play it, just put it on repeat for continous play. Not responsible for freaky dreams!
You can use this for MILDing. Listen to this, and repeat whatever mantra that you use, while looking at your hands. Then go to sleep.

      Mediate

Let me know what you think!

LOL. That was just a hook to get people to try it. Listen to and you'll see what I mean. The gong and the chanting are a little, well, odd...

Well I think it's great and very relaxing. I've just started to use it for MILDing and feel sure it may help. Beautiful tones!

Just ONE very small problem though...!! I get into it really deeply, but my mind is yanked awake slightly with the abrupt ending of the audio track, there's no fade out.

      Anyway, many thanks.
When ever you point at the moon, what do you focus on?...The moon, or your finger pointing at the moon? Techniques are only "pointers" towards your goal. Your consciousness is like the moon, let it become full, expanded and brilliant through self knowledge and understanding. Proper meditation IS the best way to success.

      Thanks for the awesome feedback!

I have added a fade out. Please redownload here:

      Meditate.mp3 - 38.4 Mb

You may want to try this file:

      Sleep in 30 minutes.mp3

It is very effective for brainwave entrainment, and really knocks you out. It is designed for people that have a hard time falling asleep. It first resonates with your current (assumed) brainwave frequency (Beta) and slowly takes you down to Delta, pausing briefly at the Theta frequency to stimulate lucidity. Also, the volume slowly fades, and the base frequency starts high and slowly descends. Maybe TMI here, but I thought you might be interested...

Is it okay to play this through a speaker or should you wear headphones to listen to this?
