I think any fresh fruit or vegetable is good, I wouldn't suggest steak as it is very hard to digest and not much nutrients.

I just drink a glass of water, or milk. I don't really eat anything.

I wait till I am in bed with a girl, but I don't beleve I have ever had to ask the question before. Some truths are self evident.

I try to have a little ice cream before bed, but that's nothing more than for the personal enjoyment. I've heard that dairy products are good for dream vividity, but I don't know the validity of that.

I'm not on DV much these days, but I'll try to toss a cool dream or two into my DJ.

Around the time I joined, there was a thread going about green tea. I like to have it before bed sometimes anyway, because I find it nice and relaxing. As for dream recall, all I can really say is you'll have to try it and see what it does for you. Sometimes it seems to help me, other times not, but I've never actually experimented with it in terms of controlling other potential factors.
