      How many Gaba pills do I take?

      I heard that if you take Gaba (gamma-Aminobutyric acid) it helps you lucid dream. I have a bottle that contains 750mg pills and I was wondering how many do I take to help me? I heard that taking Gaba in powder form works but I only have the pills. I don't want to take too much.
