Swallowing Sublingual B-6

I tried to lucid dream for about a month with no success. I gave up for 1 or 2 months and i'm ready to give it a go again. During the month I was attempting to lucid, i bought some sublingual 25 mg B6 tablets. I feel if I got into the habit of using them, I would have more success. However, I only really used them once because of how bad they tasted and how many I had to put under my tongue for the same affect of a higher dosage. Now I was wondering if I could swallow them instead? Here is a link to the product in case it makes a difference.

Pro tip: up the dosage on the tablets. You can get 100 tablets of 100 mg B6 for about 5 bucks, no sublingual needed.

I'll keep that in mind. Any thoughts on swallowing these tabs?

Swallowing them will have about the same effect as swallowing any other vitamin...which is to say, it will be partially degraded before ever reaching the bloodstream.
