Hello. I just took a 35 minute long nap (at least I think so, that's how much of the binaural beat I listened to). Earlier I downloaded a binaural beat called "boxed nirvana" at nomad.info. It was supposed to "Aid the stimulation of primary and secondary energy circuits, and put you into a deep trance state (mind awake, body asleep)."
I haven't succeeded at a WILD attempt before, and I might have done about 25 attempts or so. But I wanted to try this beat to help me at least relax fully and get SP. I only got to 35 minutes of the hour long binaural beat, and was really, really relaxed (or so it seemed, my body felt like there was a little heavy blanket on me, but not much). I didn't get any vibrations or HI yet, which was really disappointing. It was basically the deeply relaxed feeling for about 10 minutes.. so it got boring, and I was wanting to quit.
So I opened my eyes and gave up.
I didn't know what to do at that point anyway. It's the first time I've really felt that relaxation in a while.
So what I'm basically trying to ask is.. what do I need to do when I'm in that state? How can I continue on into the dream?
