      Remembering dreams

      hellooooo dreamers i was wondering has anyone had any luck remebering dreams with b6 by nature made company i thought it was suppose to hav tryphonan or something like that but it doesnt on ingredients hav anyone had any luck with this company

      I use the B6 super complex by nature made, and it definitely helps my dreams and recall. The dreams seem more vivid because you remember them so much more clearly in my opinion.

      Though sometime it seems like hit or miss. Like last night I took it and had great recall even though I waited like 3 hours after waking to jot them down.
      Other nights my recall seems normal.
