Recommended Droid apps for lucid dreaming?

Hey everyone, I am new to the forums here and have been interested in lucid dreaming for about a month now, have yet to experience one yet. I was wondering if anyone has any advice on some good apps or youtube videos that I can listen to while going to sleep that would help induce a lucid dream.

      Thanks!

      Hi Ofrenzy, welcome to Dreamviews!

I'm not using any apps or videos, so can't help you there. I'm sure someone will know more about this. Happy dreams

I've been trying out the "Lucid Dreaming App" for Android. What it does is use the motion and sound sensors in your phone, and records the activity. It then uses an algorithm to come up with a "sleep score", where reduced activity and sound means you are likely to be asleep.
It then records this throughout the night and gives you a plot in the morning. It also allows you to play an .mp3 track, vibrate or flash the screen as a notification. You can program when it does this during the night based on your passed sleep records.
There are loads of features, and it is quite confusing to start with.
I've only been using it for a couple of weeks, but the graphs are certainly very interesting!
I stopped using the notify because for the last week or so I have found myself waking up at about 2:30am every night, so I thought I would try WBTB or WILD after waking.
No success yet, but I appreciate it's very early days!

You could combine this app with a notify .mp3 that is one of the other sounds to help lucidity I suppose.

When i was setting alarms to wake up in the night i used lucid dream catcher, the zen alarm sound is great and it turns itself off after one play which is a nice feature. The only app i use now on my phone is dream journal free, great app, i have a keyboard on my phone so i am able to type out my dreams very quickly
I tried lucid dreamer too for a little but setting a new delay every time i would wake up in the night or fail to fall asleep by my given time was a pain

-Lucid Dreamcatcher: It has a lot of features like alarms for WBTB and a dream diary.
-Sleep Check Reminder: you can program it so it makes a sound every x time (or a random length of time) so you remember to do reality checks. It's my favorite.
-Lucid Dreamer: After you fall asleep it makes like zen music.
-Binaural Beats Therapy: There are a lot of different binaural beats (for lucid dreaming, for falling asleep, for creativity...).
