      B6 Intake.

Yesterday I received my 50mg B6 tablets and I took one before I went to sleep and when I woke in the morning I was only able to recall one dream with great effort so my questions are:

      Did I take enough?
      When should I take it?
Should I take it with anything e.g food?
Does it take time e.g do you have to give it time to work like a week?

also just a kind of unrelated one.

I seem to have only woke once which was at the end of the night when I was getting up, could this be the reason why I was only able to recall one dream and also how can I make myself awaken more times during the night.

You can't expect any supplement to work the first few nights you take it. I've taken it before, 100mg but the results were rather dodgy. Make sure you don't take too many.too often.

If you drink water before bed you will naturally wake up to have to pee hahaaha
