URGENT! Choline Bitartrate

hey guys, just ordered some choline bitartrate powder and was wondering how i should have it, how many mg's i should have and when to take it??? thought i'd give it a try as i've heard its pretty good to use. hope someone can help

Personally, I simply picked up a bottle of choline supplement from my local vitamin store. Then I took the recommended daily dose before bed, and had some very vivid dreams.

Every bottle of choline I've ever had has recommended one to two pills daily as a dietary supplement, at 250 mg a pill. So I wouldn't go under 250 mg or over 500 mg to start.

Thanks alot yeah i figured that after reading through alot of stuff on here and online. I'm just trying to work out the best way to work out the mg's i've got a measuring spoon though, that should be good enough haha..

Nina was suggesting that you research the product and its effects before you order it. Taking supplements blindly without knowing anything about them is not a good way to achieve lucid dreaming, let alone the possible ways your health can be affected.
