So i got the DreamZ app last night and i used it it said i had 5 dreams and my longest was 26 minutes with a total of 1 hour and 7 minutes dream time well i have the dream cycle chart but dont know how to read it. if anyone does heres the pic and reply please |

I ment like the exact time the rem started so like you know when to set an alarm? to try wild or fild or deild? |

So it looks like you fell asleep around 11:30P.M., and 1:00A.M. was the start of your first REM time so with these results you should set an alarm around a hour and a half after falling asleep to get around your first REM cycle. Just repeat this process for all of the other ones. Remember, these times the app gives are not 100%. |

thats cool so that means my first rem stage starts 1 hour and 30 minutes after i fall asleep |

For those wondering this app is not made for android. But as usual, there is a similar app thats called "Lucid Dreaming App" that does the same thing but isn't very user friendly. |

Not user friendly in the least. That thing sucks. I gave up after one night and just went to mantra after that. Now I don't need either. |
