At 23:36 is the time that you fell asleep. All the other numbers are the starts of your REM cycle. I used the exact same app to fiqure out my REM times too!

So it looks like you fell asleep around 11:30P.M., and 1:00A.M. was the start of your first REM time so with these results you should set an alarm around a hour and a half after falling asleep to get around your first REM cycle. Just repeat this process for all of the other ones. Remember, these times the app gives are not 100%.

...um, there's a little bit of problem with that, i don't have iOS.
Is there anything similar to that compatible with Windows XP

For those wondering this app is not made for android. But as usual, there is a similar app thats called "Lucid Dreaming App" that does the same thing but isn't very user friendly.

Not user friendly in the least. That thing sucks. I gave up after one night and just went to mantra after that. Now I don't need either.

Yeah, but remember, that is a very, very rough estimate. There are many variables that determine when your REM time starts and finishes and they can change day by day.
