After I read about this I decided to try it, so a few nights ago I took about 200-300mg of vitamin B6. That night I had two lucid dreams, I don't know if it was because of the placebo effect or if it is really effective. |

I feel that is too high of a dose. I know 100 mg an hour before bed three nights a week. I also take 10 mg of Melatonin with this sometimes, I have GREAT success with vivid, sometimes lucid dreams, with good recall. |

I bought a B6 yesterday, I was going for the 100mg pills, but my store only hade it in 250mg pills. I split it in about more than a half, so aprox. I had 100g together with my WBTB. |
