      Calea Zacatechichi first night

First time trying Calea Zacatechichi I got to say worst taste ever had in my entire life but got to also say on the bright side that it worked! I had 4 dreams in one night which was definitely worth it and going to try it again. My tactile hallucinations for sure kicked up but I just felt confident so they didn't get to me as much as other nights. I brewed it in a tea about 3 grams of it for about 15 minutes and about 1 cup of water which I drank all in one hit and water immediately after to swallow that bitter taste to go away. Just wondering about getting rid of the tactile hallucinations which freak me out sometimes the energies are stronger than others which I am not sure what that means. I meditate about 20 minutes before going to sleep then bineural beats for 20 minutes and pass out after the hallucinations are over.

Tactile hallucinations do happen on ocasion, same as auditory or visual. They are part of WILDing, eventhough we don't get them every time. They can help you enter lucid dream, so I'm affraid I don't understand the question about getting rid of them. They are a sign that your dream is very near, and if you are still consious, you can enter that dream and be lucid.

Oh ok then I thought it was something supernatural that was messing with me because last night 8/21 around 2am I literally felt like someone sat next to me on my bed while I laying down on my bed facing the wall and kind of starting messaging me which certainly didnt let me sleep the rest of the night. What do you recommend for next time just letting the sensation continue to happen and leave a tip on the night stand? Just wondering what would be the next steps after hallucinations happen.

Hrm, a nice massage. Haha, leaving the tip is a great idea. Just don't let them get used to it, lol.

I have heard of people telling similar things to your experience. I had only one tactile HH so far, and that was totally induced by me by thinking about it. And it felt completely real.

But yes, those things we notice when we pay attention to falling asleep process.

When that happens, keep your awareness and see what happens. It may all sudenly stop. That's when it's easy to assume, that it's over and we just going to sleep. But we may already be in a dream and consious. Try to roll out from your body and bed, or sit up on the bed. Or lift your arms in front of you. Which will be impossible if you on your stomach, but if you are already dreaming, you will be able to do it. And even if sleeping on your side or back, you will be able to tell if you lifting your physical or dream arms.

I grew some Calea Zacatechichi in the greenhouse a couple of years ago.
It is supposed to be the "Dream Herb"
After making a tea with the dried leaves, I could only manage a few mouthfulls, then had to throw the rest away.
This was with honey, and sugar added.
If it came in tablet form, I might have another go, but the tea is disgusting.

I tried Calea Z. in tea form, but the taste was so terrible, I couldn't drink it, no matter how much honey or sugar was added.
I actually put some dried leaves in tablets myself and took it that way. Unfortunately, I didn't notice much effect from it. I may try it again sometime though.
      It's all in your head.

Ive drank Calea Z for 3 nights straight and I have about 3 to 4 dreams a night but for some reason my recall has gone down tremendously and also I have not become lucid at all in any of those dreams just extremely passive and unable to get lucid even after RCs its like im on autopilot when Im on Calea Z.

I didn't try calea, but I tried African Dream Root - Silene Capensis a few years ago. I added some to water, shaked it and drink it all, terrible taste. Unfortunately it seemed to supress my dream recall rather than increasing dream quality and lucidity. I don't recommend it however I've heard a lot of positive opinions.
