If you put energy into worrying about things that you can't control then you won't have energy for things that you can

5htp is also suppose to give you REM rebound. Which means that it will delay your dreams for a few hours after taking it, to give you possibly more and longer dreams in the later parts of sleep.

I took it a few times, but I don't really want to take it anymore. I just don't want to miss any dreams, or artificially supress them. What if I supress a really cool dream? But that's just me
