I would only take it, if I had at least 6 hrs after taking it, or even more. One reason is, as you say, it may make you feel groggy or sleepy the next day. Second reason, you don't want to feel rushed. |

Hi everyone. I am new here. I have some galantamind and I was wondering if any users are experienced with this. Would it be ok to take on a work night? I figured if I go to bed at 9 pm and wake up at 1 or 2 am. I have to get up around 5 am for work. I was just wondering if it would be ok because I've heard of some people that do get really groggy or nauseous the next day. Thanks! |

I have taken galantamine with choline several times before and i have found that any time i take it i feel really groggy and tired the next morning. So i would only recommend taking it when you know that you don't have anything to do the next day. And as to its effects on dreams they are awesome i have had some of my craziest, out of this world dreams while taking this supplement. |

Galantamine and choline taken during WBTB don't do much for me in terms of dream quality but they actually make my thinking and my ability to recall facts more acute for the next day or two. No grogginess whatsoever; quite the contrary. Individual results may vary, I guess. |
