      Labradorite's Effect on Lucid Dreaming

In a book that I am currently reading, the author states that holding this stone called Labradorite. I was wondering if anyone else has used this stone as a lucid aid and if so, what was your experience with it?

Anything can have motivational energy if you open your mind to it.

I've had some experience with Kyanite, another dream crystal. Sitting and meditating with it has helped me to attain lucidity, although it may be a placebo effect.
The crystal does ,however, give you something concrete to focus your intention on. I feel the more abstract, mystical and magical the object which i focus my attention on the more i will believe in its effectivity. And if you believe it, you make it real. Its all about setting your intention and truly believing it will work.

"Once upon a time I dream't I was a butterfly, fluttering hither and thither. I was conscious only of my happiness as a butterfly. Soon I awaked, and there I was, veritably myself again. Now I do not know whether I am a man dreaming I was a butterfly, or whether I am a butterfly, dreaming I am a man."-Lao Tzu ॐ

I agree, there's nothing like the placebo effect to materialize something into the subconscious. Just look at the power of intent during lucid dreaming...all you have to do is believe something while your mind is at a deeper level of consciousness and it will materialize itself into existence.
