I read something in an article where someone said they had 60 shots of espresso and it gave them vivid dreams. Thoughts? I would never risk doing that first because I hate coffee and second because of the health risks. |

I don't think 60 shots is necessary. Pretty much anything that 'speeds you up', I've noticed, can increase the chances of vivid dreams. Everything from B6, to caffeine, to sugar, etc. Assuming you are able to sleep through whatever it is you're ingesting, your dream activity will usually be more intense. |
