I've taken supplements with galantamine / choline in them on and off over the 2014 calendar year, and I'm not sure if there is any correlation with being able to still LD without them. But it's possible that there is a relationship with taking them and long dry spells without them. It's possible one could develop a psychological dependency on them. I saw that same quote in a review on Amazon about the guy who couldn't LD for a year after taking a lot of it. You do have to pay attention to possible desensitization, it's worth reading the Yuschak book to understand better what you're getting into. I'm intending to stay away from G and Ch for a while since they do interfere pretty badly with my sleep, and I have the example of a number of members on DV who LD really well without supplements entirely. |
