      Your favourite lucid dreaming supplement?

Whether it's food, medication, or just some habitual thing you do I have to ask.. What is your favourite LD substance?

I think some of my favourites include:
      1) B6
      2) Peanut Butter
      3) Valerian

My all time favorite (for wbtb):

      Also, Gingko Biloba.

The best for me is Silene Capensis. I cannot stop bragging about how great this substance has been for my dreaming experiences.

Pot makes vivid visualization a breeze. SWIM tried to V-WILD while high once and the result was a weird but enlightening semi-lucid. It's awesome once in a while but it's very hard to stay lucid when you have almost no short-term memory.

Tiresias, those dream goals.. woah. How have I never thought of exploring R'lyeh I dunno. I'm a huge Lovecraft fan. I know what I'm doing tonight. Thanks

I really want to see how my brain interprets "Non-euclidean geometry."

Ca****is is no good for me as I rarely have vivid dreams let alone get the opportunity to go lucid, I think I go into too much of a deep sleep. My favourite supplement up until now is Nicotine.
