      What brainwave entertainment to use?

      Hello!
I hope this is the right place to post this

I read an article about brainwave entertainment (B.E.) and lucid dreaming. It seemed pretty good so I want to give it a try.
Basically, I want to know what kind of B.E. should I listen to BEFORE going to bed (This is when I meditate). Maybe you can give me a youtube link?
And then I want to know what kind of B.E. should I listen to before attempting WILD?

I am asking because there are many types of B.E.s on youtube(focus, lucid dreaming, sleep, luck etc) and I know that if I want to fall asleep fast should listen to DELTA or something and If I want to lucid dream then I would listen to a higher frequency..

I hope you get it and can help me

Is the usage of these correct?

For meditation during the day I think something in the High Theta or low Alpha range would be good.

For before or during a WILD attempt I would suggest something in the mid Theta range.

Here is the place I got mine from Free Binaural Beats - FREE High Quality Binaural Beat Downloads!

There are beats there which are specifically for Lucid dreaming, meditation, Sleep, and so forth. You may need to check a few to find which works best for you.

I have read good things about isochronic tones as well. They seem to be very similar to binaural beats in effect, but slightly different in how they work.

"Isochronic tones are regular beats of a single tone that are used alongside monaural beats and binaural beats in the process called brainwave entrainment. At its simplest level, an isochronic tone is a tone that is being turned on and off rapidly."- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Isochronic_tones

While Binaural beats use two tones.
"Parable.- Those thinkers in whom all stars move in cyclic orbits are not the most profound: whoever looks into himself as into vast space and carries galaxies in himself also knows how irregular all galaxies are; they lead into the chaos and labyrinth of existence."- Friedrich Nietzsche, the gay science, First published in 1882 revised in 1887, translated by Walter Kaufmann [/SIGPIC]
