      But the toxic orange dye is my favorite.

      I find drinking a glass of milk before bed makes my dreams much more vivid. Maybe it's because my stomach is digesting the lactose or it's just a placebo. Either way, it works.

      Isn't there a theory that B6 increases the vividity of dreams? If memory serves, there is B6 in milk.
